1. Introduction
Welcome to Streaker’s Cleaning. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, quote calculator, booking system, and any other services provided by Streaker’s Cleaning (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our site or booking services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
We provide residential cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and related add-on services as described on our website. Descriptions, pricing estimates, and availability shown online are subject to change.
3. Quotes & Estimates

Our online calculator provides estimates based on the inputs you supply (square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms, distance, extras, frequency). Estimates are not final invoices.

A final price may change after an on-site evaluation or if additional work or unexpected conditions are discovered.

We are not liable for calculator errors stemming from incorrect user input.
4. Booking & Payments

Bookings placed through the website will be confirmed by email or phone. Payment methods, deposits, and any third-party payment terms will be shown at checkout.

If a deposit is required, it will be applied to the final invoice. Cancellation and rescheduling policies (including any fees) will be disclosed at booking.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule routine cleanings to avoid fees. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee (specified at booking).

For one-time deep cleans or move services, different notice periods or fees may apply—these will be clearly stated during booking.
6. Access & Safety

You must provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. If the crew cannot access the property and must return, fees may apply.

Remove fragile or high-value items from the work areas. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for loss/damage of items left in work areas, except where caused by our negligence.
7. Pets & Property Conditions

Inform us of pets and any behavioral concerns. We reserve the right to refuse or modify service if pets pose a risk to our staff.

Extra charges may apply for properties with excessive dirt, hoarding conditions, or biohazards.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee & Complaints

If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 24–48 hours and we’ll arrange a re-clean or correction where appropriate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Third-Party Integrations

We use third-party providers (e.g., Jobber) for booking, invoicing, and client management. Use of those services is subject to those providers’ terms and privacy policies.
11. Intellectual Property

Site content, logos, images, and text are the property of Streaker’s Cleaning (unless otherwise noted). You may not reproduce or use our content without permission.
12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The “Effective date” above will reflect the last update. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri (or the applicable state where our business is registered). Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts in that jurisdiction.
